Ilie WANTAH,  had his Career objective to serving several international an established group, where he has proven his quality of work and continuous improvement have grown advancement within the hospitality industry.

Ilie professional profile is focussed to a quality results in all aspects of service such as professional attitude, innovative, problem solver as well as obligation to meet deadlines, based on which he has been appointed as the Secretary General of IAPINDO (Ikatan Ahli Perhotelan Indonesia), a stakeholder to the Minstry of Tourism and In the midst of his busy under- pressure time, he has compiled his most valuable 43 years experience in the hotel industry into books:

 John Dion Mandagi 

 Started his career as a sailor, he started his Naval Academy in 1959 fo Nautica, completed in 1960 then got the Certificado de Indoneidad CAPITAN Repub lica d Panama in Aug.27, 1962in Singapore.

1952 His Cadet Officer career was with SS. Tasikmalaya / Panama Troop Transport, then in 1955 at the same vessel he was appointed as the ‘acting’ Captain of the vessel and appointed as staff of the Defence Ministry.

1956 He work at the stewarding company at the Port of Semarang., later in that year to 1959, he was appointed as staff of the Customs Office in Tg.Balai, Karimun.

Moved on his civil career, he was the captain of M.V. Min Huang, on business voyage Indonesia=Singapore with several vessels until 1969.

He left the shipping business and became self entrepreneur exporting coffee, etc including established his own travel bureau prior to his retirement thesedays.

Ardi Suwardi

1973 – 1976  Started his career in hospitality from serving the cruise MS. Vollendam as well as MV. Statendam (Holland American Line) as the Food & Beverage services for 3 continuous years, prior to work at Chez Rose and Shamrock Café in Surabaya in 1977.

1979 Later he was recruited by The Hyatt Bumi Surabaya as the Manager of Hugos’s Restaurant for not less than 5 years.

1984 Found himself more challenging on cruise, he joined MV. Victoria as Second Maitre d’Hotel for two years.

1986 He opened the Lido Café and Dscotheque in Surabaya as Operations Manager.

1988      Food & Beverage Manager of Regents Parks Hotel in Malang, further to Bali Padma Hotel as Food & Beverage Manager in1990.

1996 Due to his outstanding performance, he was recruitedby The Westin Surabaya Hotel as Food & Beverage Director during and after the pre-opening.

1997 He left the property and became the Resident Mnagerof Sumt Panghegar and promoted to General Manager in 1998.

2001 Further for better prospect he became the Assistant Director to the owning company of Malang Regent Park Hotel, therefrom he started his own consultancy services in hospitality industry, serving some projects a.o.  Gajah Mada Hotel Malang, Novus Gavana Boutique Resort in Bali and also Amusement Resort at Majosari, Pandaan.

Fajar Suryawan is our partner specialized in Sales and Marketing, lately he deals much more in the challenging updated property which is in CONDOTEL (Condominium Hotel building), and has progressed to the best, as such building has become the trends nowadays
